2.9 What We Leave Behind: The Legacy of Leadership

The death of Queen Elizabeth II has generated more commentary, analysis and nostalgic introspection in the last few weeks than we can ever remember. Despite the overwhelming avalanche of words, Paul & KG still felt they could add their small drop in this vast ocean by turning their attention to the idea of ‘legacy’. What is it and, more importantly for us, what is a legacy anyway in the aftermath of a life (or career) of leadership? A goal, an aspiration, an outcome?

Over a delectable bottle of 2021 Angullong ‘Fossil Hill’ Montepulciano, KG & Paul contemplate the notion of legacy as it might relate to them, and anyone who practices leadership of any kind.

And we also correct a previous ‘wrong’! Sláinte!
